The T11 electric heating tank container is an ISO-standard integrated electric heating and insulated tank container developed for low-temperature easy-to-solidify chemical media. It adapts to road, railway and sea multimodal transportation. Material & Process Details

Main Material: The tank body is made of pressure vessel special carbon steel/stainless steel (customizable), with high toughness, strong pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for long-term storage and transportation of various industrial viscous media with stable structure and no easy deformation.

Heating System Process: Adopting explosion-proof electric heating components with regular wiring, strong insulation, water and leakage resistance, suitable for complex industrial working conditions. The full-coverage heating area ensures uniform temperature rise and high temperature control accuracy, supporting interval constant temperature adjustment to meet the melting point requirements of different materials.

Insulation Layer Process: Adopting high-density flame-retardant thermal insulation filling material, fully enclosed and wrapped by outer protective steel plate, it features stable thermal insulation performance, flame retardancy and moisture resistance, no easy aging and falling off, with non-decaying thermal insulation effect in long-term use.

Welding & Testing Process: Adopting full-automatic precision welding with full and uniform welds. All welds pass ultrasonic and X-ray non-destructive testing. The whole machine undergoes full air tightness and water pressure testing, with no cracks or leakage and stable compliant pressure bearing performance.
