LNG liquefaction plants are complete equipment systems that convert natural gas (primarily methane) into liquefied natural gas (LNG) through a cryogenic refrigeration process. These plants are widely used in natural gas extraction, transportation, storage, and terminal applications. Their core function is to liquefy gas by cooling it to -162°C through purification, refrigeration, and liquefaction processes, significantly reducing its volume (approximately 1/625 of its gaseous state) for efficient storage and long-distance transportation.
This series of LNG liquefaction plants features modular design, low energy consumption, high degree of automation, safety and reliability. They can be customized to meet customer needs with different production capacity scales. They are suitable for various scenarios such as onshore gas fields, offshore platforms, urban gas peak shaving, and industrial gas supply, providing key liquefaction processing solutions for the natural gas industry chain.
1.Natural gas liquefaction from small and medium-sized onshore gas fields
2.Utilization of unconventional natural gas resources such as shale gas and coalbed methane
3.City gas peak-shaving and storage (to cope with peak gas demand)
4.LNG transportation terminals (filling tank containers and tank trucks)
5.Fuel gas liquefaction for industrial power plants (reducing transportation costs)
