Liquid hydrogen storage tanks are specialized storage and transportation equipment designed specifically for ultra-cold liquid hydrogen at -253°C. Through precise temperature and pressure control, they convert gaseous hydrogen into a liquid form with a density of 70.85 kg/m³ (approximately 788 times the density of standard hydrogen), enabling efficient storage and long-distance transportation of hydrogen energy. Their core structure consists of an inner tank, an outer tank, and a vacuum insulation layer in between. The inner tank uses cryogenically resistant and hydrogen-embrittlement-resistant materials to store liquid hydrogen, while the outer tank provides structural protection. The composite insulation system in the interlayer minimizes heat intrusion.
Geometric Volume: 5m³~500m³ Design Pressure: ≤1.2MPa
Insulation Method: High Vacuum Multi-Layer
Insulation Structure: Vertical, Horizontal
As a key hub in the hydrogen energy industry chain, this product has been widely used in three key areas: aerospace, providing fuel reserves for rocket engines; civilian, supporting the large-capacity hydrogen storage needs of hydrogen refueling stations; and industrial, serving the chemical, electronics, and other sectors. With breakthroughs in domestic technology, this product has made the leap from dedicated aerospace applications to large-scale civilian applications, completely breaking the international monopoly.
